College First Church of God is receiving applications for the full time position of Pastor of Worship at Winebrenner Service. The individual in this position serves as the spiritual leader of the worshipping community presently meeting in the TLB Convocation Center at Winebrenner Seminary. The community is an extension of the ministry of College First Church, which provides oversight and accountability through the Senior Pastor and Elders. College First Church of God is revising its earlier announcement to explore the possibility of employing a full time Associate Director of Christian Ministries. The individual in this position would share responsibilities to the Worship at Winebrenner service as a staff member of College First Church of God, and to Christian ministries on the campus of University of Findlay. The individual would supplement and support the Director of Christian Ministries who would also divide time between the Worship at Winebrenner service and Christian Ministries on the UF campus. POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Olive Branch Church - Midwest Region - Posted 4/15/2010

We are currently seeking to fill the Senior Pastor position due to our current Pastor (of 40 years) retiring this year. We are a larger church in a rural setting... we mean it, no McDonald's within 15 miles, but lots of corn and cows right across the road. We draw from 4-5 surrounding towns and cities since we are located right in the middle of everything! Our desire is to impact our region and the world with the message of Christ. We are very missions minded and missional in our mindsets. If you don't know what missional means or have never been on a mission's trip then you are probably not going to be a good fit. The Pastor's preaching and teaching ministry shall promote and enhance among the congregation the corporate worship of God and the knowledge of sound doctrine. He shall endeavor to set forth scriptural foundations for the enlightenment of the congregation, on such matters as the practice of personal holiness, the fellowship of the saints, the cause of world missions, the strengthening of the Christian Family, evangelism and such topics of conduct as affect the everyday life of the Christian.

He shall be concerned with, and ultimately responsible for, the public image of the church in the community and elsewhere, and seek to have the church visible in the community, promoting and upholding a God-Honoring reputation.

Preferences:
Seminary/graduate degree
Minimum 5 years ministry experience within a larger congregation (250+) with multiple staff
Believes in a blended>contemporary worship style

Allegheny Region Pastor Position - Posted Jan 20, 2010

Pine Grove Church of God is looking for a full time pastor. Responsibilities are:

    Prepare and deliver Sunday morning Sermon

    A weekly Bible Study

    Meet regularly with the Elders of the church

    Getting out into the home of the community

    Meeting the needs of the church members

    Working with the youth leaders

Pine Grove Church of God is located 2 miles West of Uniontown on Rt. 240. It is 19 miles East of the city of Indiana in Indiana County, PA. Average attendance is between 50 and 60.

PENBROOK CHURCH OF GOD - PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Part-Time Position

Serve as coordinator of the PCOG Teen PRIDE Program, a teen abstinence program, and assist with CBAE Grant requirements.

Associate’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education or other related social sciences degree and minimum of 2 years experience working with children and families. Flexibility, leadership, good communication skills, and involvement with other agencies are required. Must be able to work flexible schedules including evening and weekends and pass criminal background and child abuse clearances.
