Our ministry supporters are always able to give toward meaningful ministries around the globe, but every year around the Advent season, we launch our Share the Blessing campaign. Share the Blessing is a fantastic opportunity for all of us to come together and support a few high impact gifts in places where they are desperately needed.
This year we’ve chosen three important needs, each of which will see our ministries go from strength to strength once they’re met. You can find the full list in our campaign letter at the bottom of this blog.
First, our hospitals in Bangladesh are in need of new medical equipment. We have two hospitals in Bangladesh, Bogura Christian Hospital, and Khanjanpur Mission Eye Hospital, both of which offer life giving and lifesaving care. In total, our medical ministries in Bangladesh serve well over 100,000 people a year. That kind of ware and tear means new equipment is vital. Specifically, they are in need of Ultrasound equipment and oxygen monitors for their many expectant mothers and their children. When we returned from a trip to Bangladesh last year, we saw the state of some of their oxygen equipment, which was held together with medical tape. You can read about the specifics at the link below.
Second, we are seeking to build a new church in Bahia, Brazil. Good News Bible Church in Santo Antonio, Bahai is ready to start phase 1 of their building construction, but the costs are an impediment. We are looking for those who would partner with Good News Bible Church to see their new building become a reality. You can see the digital mock-up below.
Third, we are looking to expand our fellowship in India with a new Fellowship Education Center. Our fellowship in India is growing, and the outreach and education in northern West Bengal region is critical. There are many children and field workers who are given new opportunities to thrive with the education we provide. Our work in this area continues to grow, and to meet this need, we want to build a new building that can sustain the work. Already, they are praying over the ground in preparation for the foundation.

The end of the year is a time for us to soberly reflect on all that the Lord has blessed us with. We have a good Father who takes care of our needs. It’s also a time to recognize that when our cup overflow-eth, we probably don’t need a bigger cup. Instead, He is positioning us to share our blessings with others.
