Another year has come to a close and with it the opportunity
to look back and reflect on where God has been active in the life of our churches.
We ask each CGGC church to complete the Ministry Review and return it to our office by March 1st, 2025.We are making a push toward our online version of the form for faster and easier completion. With that in mind, we have region and eldership specific forms. Please click below for your region's form.
We also have the review translated in Spanish for those who need it. (This version is a work in progress and translators are still inspecting it for clarity).

Provided you use a Gmail account to fill out the form, you can even save your progress and finish it later! Otherwise, we recommend jotting down your responses in another place to make sure you don't lose anything.
