Mike and Dawn VanDervort are serving with Project Help-Haiti in Pierre Payen where Mike is the Executive Director. Together they will manage the guest house and host teams visiting Haiti on short term missions trips. Mike will also serve as liaison between Project Help and administration at the Victor Binkley Hospital, the clinic, and the PT/nursing schools.

Mike and Dawn previously served as missionaries in Haiti with OMS International at a medical clinic near Cap Haitian. Mike’s parents were missionaries with OMS in Haiti also.

Mike and Dawn are both Registered Nurses and have led several short term missions teams in Haiti from their home church, Hanover First Church of God in Hanover, PA. They also serve on the missions commission at HFCOG. The VanDervorts have three happily married daughters and six grandchildren.
