Church Tax Information

If your organization (church) wishes to participate in our group exemption, complete the application below and return it to either the mailing or email address provided on the application. Please make sure to complete the date line. Include copies of all organizing documents (Articles of Incorporation and a copy of your Constitution.) Each year the IRS requires Churches of God, General Conference to conduct compliance filing to maintain the Federal Group Tax Exemption. The IRS refers to all organizations participating in our federal group tax exemption as subordinate organizations. We will contact all participating entities during the fourth quarter to obtain updated organizing documents, address changes, and to confirm your desire to continue participation in the next year.
