This week we have a guest blog from Dr. Brent Sleasman, President of Winebrenner Theological Seminary. Some great things have been happening at Winebrenner and I asked Brent to bring an update as well as an opportunity to join in the work that’s being done to prepare leaders for service in God’s kingdom.

Winebrenner Seminary values our long relationship with the Churches of God, General Conference. Today, I am excited to share some wonderful news with you! Your seminary is experiencing record growth. This fall graduate enrollment is at a record high and you are an integral part of this growth. The CGGC represents nearly 25% of the overall graduate enrollment at Winebrenner. In addition, Winebrenner was able to award partial scholarships to all CGGC students who submitted a scholarship application. In total Winebrenner awarded nearly $100,000 in scholarships for this academic year.
Lance invited us to share this news with you on the CGGC blog and to invite you to join us. During this season of growth, we are inviting you to continue joining us in expanding the word about Winebrenner.
